We are not a traditional spa, you don't need to undress, so you get to keep your birthday suit to yourself!

You are more than welcome to invite friends to join you, in fact you can invite them with a link to come to your exact appointment. Currently there are 7 spots per session.
On your Scape app, go to Booking, and press Invite Friend, we recommend clicking Share Link and then send to your friend any way you'd like, email, text or any other social media and Direct messaging of choice. You can send this to a group as well.
On your first visit, we’ll personally introduce you to Scape and guide you through how to use our therapy equipment, so you’ll feel confident using it whenever you like. It’s similar to your first gym visit, where you're shown the equipment, but instead of exercising, you get to relax for 90 minutes—which is way better!
Simply choose a membership plan that works for you, get registered, and pick a time that fits your schedule to start your relaxation journey.
We recommend to keep your body, mind and soul relaxed and optimum, 1-2 times a week is a fair amount to see results and maintain your well being. Everyone differs in preference.
You are of course welcome to come in when you want and use all of the therapies that you want during Scape hours.
Great question, we have 83 stations at this location, so your chances are good. We even have a "Scape-The-Crowd" meter that shows you how full the location is right there on your app!

We utilize STRIPE, which takes most forms of payment, ACH Bank Draft is the cheapest fee, only .80 cents for the full membership; Visa/Mastercard/AMEX/Discover, etc. charges a 3-4% of transaction.

Unfortunately, we do not allow anyone under 18 to use our facilities, as our therapies are designed for adults who want to enhance their relaxation, wellness, and longevity. There are ocean/rain/thunderstorm sounds and relaxation music at studio on the speaker system for your convenience.
We do recommend to put the phones away altogether so you can make the most of your relaxing experience at Scape.

Unfortunately, food and drinks (aside from water) is a no no, as we want to keep our Scape studio as clean as possible for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed in.
Please drink a lot of water because our therapies have detoxification outcomes and you need to hydrate. We recommend that you bring bottled water or a refillable water bottle and you can use our filtered water at our Scape water fountain.
Absolutely! To promote the cleanest environment possible, we require you to wear your Scape socks before you enter the studio.

Just as you would like a clean place to relax in, please extend this same courtesy to your fellow Scape member. Throughout the studio area, there will be stations wherein we provide cleaning wipes to wipe down the equipment. For our red light therapy beds, please only use the specialized cleaning solution we have in each Redjuvenate Chamber so as not to damage the glass or interfere with the therapy’s effectiveness.
